ACCOUNTABILITY

We will find the courage to hold those that act, behave and think in racist ways without fear. We will challenge the lip service that has been paid by those responsible to do the right thing. We endeavour to work with organisations and institutions to be proactive in creating environments where people of colour feel safe, supported, and able to live their lives to their full potential.

We will also accountable to the people we serve and aim to be transparent in our activities.

FAIRNESS

Our work involves advocating for fair and equal policies so human beings regardless of their race, background or creed are treated fairly and have access to fair and equal opportunities.

RESPECT

We will not tolerate any form of disrespect or intimidation. We respect and welcome anyone that is committed to advance the goal of dismantling structural racism and holding those to account that commit racist acts.

COURAGE

This work is tough. It requires the courage to speak up, speak out and not shy away from speaking truth to power and challenging injustices that occur. We aim to create a sentiment for lasting and meaningful change.
